The Chill Boudoir Experience
My Vision of a Boudoir Photo Shoot
If I were to summarize my vision of a boudoir photo session, I would say it’s a relaxing moment you take for yourself.
Imagine for a moment… a rainy Sunday. You are chilling in a cozy atmosphere. Dedicating time to relaxation. Doing your makeup just for your own pleasure. Trying on sexy outfits. Laying down on your bed and feeling beautiful and sensual…
My goal is to capture those intimate moments when you reconnect with yourself, by fully accepting and loving who you are, in a non-intrusive manner, like candid photos. I aim to create natural shots that reveal your authentic beauty.
The key to a successful boudoir photo shoot is to be as natural and authentic as possible.

Preparation Tips
Some tips to prepare you for the shoot
Outfits
There are no strict rules regarding clothing, except to choose what makes you feel your best. This can include covering clothes, but especially lingerie of all kinds. Bring multiple outfits with a variety of colors, from subtle to colorful. In any case, go for outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable.
Accessories
To diversify the styles and complete your look, If you like you can also bring various accessories such as stockings, jewelry, a scarf, a hat, special shoes like heels or boots... We can also use a sheet to cover parts of your body if you want nude photos.
Hair & Makeup
Opt for a simple and elegant hairstyle, trying to add volume to your hair.
Go for a natural makeup look that enhances your facial features without full coverage.
Physical preparation
Take good care of yourself a few days before the session, but especially on the very day.
Stay well-hydrated, maintain a balanced diet, and ensure you get a good night's sleep.
If you plan to wax/shave, do it the day before to avoid potential irritations.
Relaxation
Take the time to relax and make yourself comfortable for the shoot.
I'll be there to put you at ease and guide you throughout the session.
And don't forget, it's all about having a chill time.
Be yourself
The key to a successful session is to be authentic and true to yourself. Leave the pressure behind and be as natural as possible.
Let it go and have fun during the session. The most beautiful photos are the ones taken in a spontaneous and natural moment.
Pose tips
Practice
Here are some examples of physical postures to adopt during the shooting. They will be reminded to you during the session, so you dont need to worry about that, but if you want to feel prepared, here are some guidelines, the first and most important of which : stay natural.
- Lengthen your neck and slightly lower your head.
- Slightly part your lips, without showing your teeth.
- Maintain a natural expression.
- Avoid putting pressure on the skin (like arms pressing the body/face...).
- The body should create curves and you should avoid being too straight, for example: have the hips to the back and the shoulders forward.
- Pointed toes to add dynamism.
- Avoid having the legs parallel.
- The hands should do something sensual: touch the hair, the face, the hips, the stomach...
